Jive software close $15M Series-B funding round

Jive software, the maker of a all-in-one social enterprise software, has raised $12 million in Series B funding from Sequoia Capital. The company raised $15 million in Series A funding from Sequoia Capital in 2007.

 

The company offers social network like features to allow enterprises to collaborate in a more social fashion. It's suite of applications enterprises to collaborate through forums, sharing documents, blogging, polls among other things.

 

The company have stated that it will use the new founding to further improve it's product offering, grow partners and it's sales and customer support organization.

 

Jive recently launched integration with Microsoft's SharePoint product, allowing Jive users easily access data and content from the CMS into Jive’s software.
